We’ve made it easy to pay your bill, with multiple payment methods, and a team to help you understand your statement.

Online bill pay 

Pay your bill online in the MyChart patient portal. It's a fast, convenient way to view or print statements, and pay your bills from your smart phone, or computer 24/7. Payments may be made by credit/debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

By phone or mail

Just follow the instructions on your bill. 

A note about additional bills

Some providers will bill you separately, so expect to receive more than one bill for your hospital stay. These additional bills might include:

  • The provider performing your main procedure/surgery
  • The radiologist reading your medical imaging
  • The anesthesiologist who cares for you during surgery

Accepted health insurance

Adventist Health Portland is contracted with the following major health plans. Please contact your health plan for details about in-network providers and coverage amounts. You are responsible for co-pays, your deductible, and any remaining balance your insurance requires you to pay.
